ABOUT

The Georgia Hearing Aid Dispatch program, funded by the Public Service Commission, helps low-income residents across the state access affordable hearing aids. Managed by the Georgia Charitable Care Network (GCCN), this program supports both children and adults by reducing the financial barriers that often prevent individuals from receiving essential hearing care.

Through a coordinated process, GCCN works with patients, audiologists, and hearing aid manufacturers to provide devices at a reduced cost. While applicants must meet residency and income requirements, approved individuals only pay a small copay. Applications are processed through GCCN’s network of providers, and most are completed within 6 to 8 weeks. By connecting Georgians to high-quality care and hearing technology, the program ensures more people can stay engaged in school, work, and everyday life.
